When you send an enquiry using our booking form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address, your city (Rawalpindi or Islamabad), neighbourhood, address, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message you write.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss pricing and availability, and arrange your cleaning appointment. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How your enquiry reaches us

• Email: if you choose “Submit Enquiry by Email”, your details are sent securely from our website to our business inbox (frshfabric@gmail.com) through an email delivery provider.
• WhatsApp: if you choose “Continue to WhatsApp”, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press Send. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Photographs are loaded from Unsplash’s image service and fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests them.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting appointment. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time.
